As an elementary computer user I was overwhelmed at the thought of purchasing a new laptop. I did some research online but needed more “hand holding” and guidance with all the options available, incorporating my specific needs. I visited the super electronics stores but left in a state of frustration.

In addition I used New Dimension to install the wireless connection in my home; the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I can say that I have been an extremely satisfied customer of New Dimensions Service Solutions for more than 10 years. I am on my third or fourth Toshiba lap-top purchased through New Dimensions. On the few occasions when my Toshiba needed service Travis Cain of New Dimensions was always extremely helpful in scheduling service. My laptops are the primary machines for my law practice, as well as my personal use, living in docking stations here at my office and at home (and of course coming with me when I travel). My office is in Marin County, and New Dimensions, of course, is in Concord or San Francisco. Rather than being without my machine for several days (for shipping both ways and service) I have always been able to arrange to drive to New Dimensions, go for a leisurely lunch and then pick up my machine.

When considering a new machine (as I am now), Travis has always been very helpful and patient, giving me all the information I need to work through the thicket of available alternatives and make a choice and a purchase.
